01 | How can I fit health coaching into my busy schedule?

We meet together virtually for 50 minutes. Sessions can be attended from the comfort of your home and scheduled at intervals that meet your lifestyle.

02 | What type of information will you provide during a coaching session?

Coaching sessions are not educational and the goal isn't to provide information. Our time together is a discussion primarily led by the client and facilitated through guided questioning. We may share relevant resources with you after a session. We live in a world where we may feel oversaturated with information and opinions about health and wellness. No two people are the same and our individual health journeys are unique. It is our role to help you tune into yourself to discover what is nourishing for your body and how to integrate sustainable shifts in your life.

03 | Are you able to provide medical advice or specific diets or meal plans?

No, Emily December is not is not a licensed physician or clinical dietician.

04 | What if I'm unsure what's going on with my health or I don't have a specific diagnosis?

This is where health coaching can be especially beneficial! Through the process of developing embodied self awareness, you will transform your health regardless of a specific diagnosis.

05 | Can I pay with my health insurance?

We do not bill health insurance. You will be billed directly for services.
